MAKE UP: Make-up Practice - Brown-Blush

Another make-up practice using Mary Kay Make-up Palette. I used brown and blush colors and natural pink lipgloss. Yes, just a lipgloss to match the natural look.

 

 





HAIR: Highlights

Started my hair 'highlights' style a couple of years ago. I've got addicted so now I can't live without it. Looking forward to my blue highlight pretty soon.


   

POLE DANCE: Handstand Pole Trick

Hand stand. Pole trick. This is very challenging for me. I usually practice my handstand on the wall. First time to do it on a pole.

Always my fave type of make-up. Another easy to do make-up for me. Just combination of nude, brown, gray-ish eye shadow and a touch of black eyeliner. You can do this in less than 10 minutes.

YOGA: Standing Mermaid Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) Variation

Standing Mermaid Pose
Location: Manila Bay



This is one of my favorite yoga pose. For me it's pretty easy, I love balance poses and it's challenging for me.


Yoga Pose: Standing Mermaid Pose - is an advanced variation of One-Legged King Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) 

Benefits:

  • A stronger pelvic floor and core
  • Freedom from back ache and sciatica
  • A more flexible and stronger lower back, quad muscles, and hip flexors
  • A better level of balance
  • Stronger and more open shoulders and chest
  • A better control over your sexual desires
  • A stronger and more potent digestive system and reproductive system
